Policy Details
You can return your item 30 days from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Items that can’t be returned include: Discounted / Sale Items, Uncut Sheets
Uncut sheets are also not refundable. These sheets are shipped without a frame. Although caution is taken to safely pack each sheet, some minor scuffs, scratches or creases may occur at the extreme edges of the sheets. As these imperfections cannot be avoided – and are usually covered during the mounting process, Kaotic Co. LLC (Kaosnsues.com) will not accept returns for these items except if the damage makes the sheet unusable.
For all returns, please include the purchased item, along with: Proof of purchase
Shipping Fees
You are responsible for all return shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Kaotic Co. LLC strongly recommends that you use a trackable method to ship your return.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Restocking Fees
Kaotic Co. LLC does not charge restocking fees.
Process Details
To return your purchase from Kaotic Co. LLC, place the item securely in in its original packaging, if possible, along with Proof of purchase. Please mail your return to the following address:

Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, Kaotic Co. LLC will process your return. Kaotic Co. LLC will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
